Florida Humanities and Happy Medium Books Cafe are pleased to present a book discussion and meet & greet with Bob Kealing, author of Good Day Sunshine State: How the Beatles Rocked Florida. Through dozens of primary interviews, letters, photographs, and court transcripts, Kealing chronicles the Beatles’ travels in this presentation through the potboiler that was 1964 Florida. Following the Beatles anniversary concert and conversation held the evening of September 12, this program is an opportunity to engage in further conversation about the impactful history made by the Beatles during their debut tour in the USA.
