In this hands-on workshop, Teresa will walk you through the basics of working with watercolor—from understanding the relationship between water and pigment to creating washes, blending colors, layering, mixing, and building light and shadow.

You’ll learn simple techniques that you can continue practicing long after the workshop, while discovering how to let watercolor flow, move, and create some of its own magic.

No previous watercolor experience is necessary! Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or looking to refresh your skills, this workshop is designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable with watercolor.

Come learn the basics, make some art, and start your own watercolor practice.
